Vintage maroon red Raleigh courier mens bike in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire for sale

A lovely vintage Raleigh bicycle in need of a little attention. The rear wheel is heavily buckled and may need replacing, the rear reflector is missing, there is no gear changer / shifter and cable installed and it may have had the handle bars replaced at some point however the latter i am uncertain of as it looks correct to me even though the condition is very good. The seat has also been changed. The mud guards are damaged, one more so than the other. I have tested the chain with my wear measuring tool and it shows there is no need to replace it. The frame however looks to be in pretty good condition with less wear than expected considering the bikes age. The frames seat tube measured 25" and so i will say the bike frame is a 24" - 25".
